A family in Shawlands wanted to renovate their house to accomodate a new rear dromer, new kitchen, renovate living room and new Herringbone flooring on groundfloor. The original living room had a chimney breast and kitchen had uneven walls. We managed the full project managing many trades from our trusted suppliers, providing services such as installation of structural elements, utilities, plastering, external rendering and flooring etc.
A couple in Bearsden wanted to convert their loft into extra bedrooms. We handled all structural joinery — new floor joists, stud partitions, new front dormer timber frame, rear pitched roof Velux installations, and a new staircase from the landing. The rear of property had a adjoining garage which was converted into a kitchen with the addition of new sky lights. The project was completed in 12 weeks.
